Day 0 (Sunday 1st Feb)


Here is the beginning of my MIM blog, showing very clearly that I am in need of a kick up the bum since Christmas (which is why I am signing up to hurt myself for 28 days!). My measurements are: Weight - 77kg Height - 175cm BMI - 25.1 Body fat percentage: 15.8% Neck: 37.5cm Shoulders: 121cm Chest 97.5cm Arms Flexed: Left - 35.8cm, Right - 36.2cm Straight: Left - 33.1cm, Right - 34.5cm Waist: 87cm Hips: 98.3cm Thighs 4" above patella: Left - 44.9cm, Right - 46.3cm Gluteal fold: Left - 56.7cm, Right - 58cm Calves Left - 38cm, Right - 38.5cm. This programme should hopefully help my legs bulk up (nothing I do seems to increase their size), as well as help to rebalance them (I never noticed the significant difference between my right and left sides). I also happen to have the flattest feet in the world, yet no matter how much SMR, stretching or activating of inhibited muscles I do it does not improve, so lets see if any of this helps!
