Day 2 (Tues 3rd Feb 2009)






Not a bad day today (compared to what I have seen for tomorrow).  The shoulder workout was pretty shattering, particularly the clean and presses.  Arm workout was tiring, but not as shattering as the shoulders.

Measurements:

Shoulders:  121.7cm

Chest:  100.3cm

Waist:  85.6cm

Hips:  97.5cm

Arms:

        Flexed:  Left - 36.5cm, Right - 36.8cm
        Straight:  Left - 36.8cm, Right - 35.0cm

Gluteal fold:

       Left - 56.4cm
       Right - 57.8cm

4 inches above patella:

       Left - 47.0cm
       Right - 47.8cm

Calves:

      Left - 37.2cm, Right - 38.0cm
