Day 4 (Wednesday 4th Feb 2009)

Today was a challenging session in the gym.  I managed to squat with two 38kg dumbbells, did lunges with two 12kg dumbbells and did lots of squat jumps, all of which made me feel sick!

Managed to do all the chest pressing, and all but one of the chin ups (last rep of the last set just wouldn't happen).

The core workout was shattering, especially the crunches.

The diet is going fine, as I never drink caffeinated products, eat very little wheat (once a week at the most), hardly eat any sugar or sweets.  In fact, the most I've changed it is just not eating red meat.

Measurements for Day 4

Shoulders: 122cm (+1cm since Day 1)
Chest: 101.7cm (+4.2cm)
Waist: 86.4cm (-0.6cm)
Hips: 97.8cm (-0.5cm)
Arms (flexed):   Left: 36.6cm (+0.8cm), Right: 36.8cm (+0.6cm)
Arms (straight):  Left: 33.5cm (+0.4cm), Right: 35.2cm (+0.7cm)
Gluteal fold:  Left: 56.3cm (-0.4cm), Right: 58.7cm (+0.7cm)
4 inches above patella:  Left: 45.5cm (+0.6cm), Right: 48.3cm (+0.2cm)
Calves:  Left: 37.5cm (-0.5cm), Right: 38.1cm (-0.4cm)
