Day 5 (Friday 6th Feb)

Dear God!  My shoulders have never been as painful as they have been over the last two days!  And to then have to do another shoulders workout today is bloody horrible!  Got everything done, but almost cried like a girl at the end!

Measurements:

Shoulders:  123.8cm (+ 2.8cm)
Chest:  101.7cm (+4.2cm)
Waist:  87cm (SAME)
Hips:  97.8cm (- 0.5cm)
Arms (flexed):  Left:  36.9cm (+ 1.1cm), Right:  37.2cm (+ 1.0cm)
Arms (straight):  Left:  33.3cm (+ 0.2cm), Right:  35.1cm ( + 0.6cm)
Gluteal fold:  Left:  56.8 (+ 0.1cm), Right:  57.3cm (+ 0.7cm)
4 inches above patella:  Left:  47.0cm (+ 2.1cm), Right:  47.7cm (+ 1.4cm)
Calves:  Left:  37.3cm (- 0.7cm), Right:  38cm (- 0.5cm)

Diet today:

Breakfast - Organic, probiotic yoghurt with banana, seeds and strawberries; 1 organic boiled egg

Lunch - Home made chicken soup, two chicken drumsticks

Post workout - 2 organic boiled eggs

Dinner - Homemade chicken kievs (chicken breast, ground up seeds, organic butter and garlic), sweet potato chips, home made baked beans (cooked butter beans, blended tomatoes, onions, pepper, salt, smoked paprika)

Pudding - Homemade fruit pudding
