Day 1 (February 2nd 2009)







Today was challenging (as expected) but really enjoyable.

I didn't come away with the "pump" I was expecting, but I've no doubt that the exercises will be making me very sore tomorrow.  I was shattered doing the low back set, and my hamstrings really got a beating!

Roll on tomorrow.

Day 1 measurements:

Shoulders:  121.8cm (46.9 inches)

Chest:  99.3cm (38.2 inches)

Arms:

         Flexed:  Left - 35.5cm (12.9 inches), Right - 36cm (13.8 inches)

         Straight:  Left = 33.9cm (12.7 inches), Right - 35.2cm (13.5 inches)

Waist:  86.8cm (33.4 inches)

Hips:  97.7cm (37.6 inches)

Legs:

       Gluteal fold:  Left - 56.9cm (21.9 inches), Right - 57.7cm (22.2 inches)

       4" above patella:  Left - 46.3cm (17. 8 inches), Right - 47.1cm (18.1 inches)

Calves:  Left - 37.5cm (38.5 inches), Right - 38.5cm (14.8 inches)
